Per Ryan, technical issues on behalf of the business regarding final cost and applied discount specifically via website is not available. Thereby precluding me from making the prepayment at the agreed upon rate. As this was a weekend prepayment prior to the Monday service date was not possible.
I contacted the business via their website additionally leaving telephone messages regarding the issues.
No email reply was received.
A return call was not received until after the lawn care specialist arrived at our home.
Ryan’s communications to me regarding the correct invoice cost, and prior notification of appointment time frame were condescending and unprofessional.
As a customer my time is equally valuable, having to take a day off work to wait for any communication regarding service time is unacceptable.
*Update*
Owner Tim Schnabel reached out to extend an apology for the above issues, and rather then disregarding them he appeared genuine in his concerns for improving customer service.

Improved customer service & good follow-up on requested lawn service. All encountered lawn care specialists have been polite, courteous, & professional.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and will promise to make sure that our customer service is unparalleled at every opportunity in the future. I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points... Service Rates: We always try to offer what we feel is the most competitive price, while still performing a quality service that our team can stand behind. Follow through on arrangement of service time: When your service was initially established we opted to send you the email pre notification & text message pre notification. These are both prior to the service day. With the note for the technician to call you the day of service one hour prior. This caused an issue with being able to provide a more specific time of day for service. We will resolve that with a phone call days prior to the service with a time window for the technician. Customer Service: We always hold ourselves and our team to a higher standard than that, and apologize if we left you with that impression. Our effort was to make sure that we did not fall short again with notifying you for the service dates with a time window. The website was not able to add the additional discount for paying ahead. The military discount was included with the website payment. With the message from the website going in to a queue for Monday, the backlog slowed our response to contact you for the payment details until Monday afternoon. Thank you again for taking the time to share this experience, it will help with perfecting our service offering both in your landscape and our office.
